Kevin Perez-Allen

Founder and Principal

Kevin Perez-Allen is the driving force behind Key Point Advisors, bringing nearly two decades of strategic communications expertise to the firm.

Over his extensive career in political and nonprofit communications, Kevin has become known for crafting messages that resonate and developing strategies that deliver impactful results.

Highlights include:

  • Serving as the first Chief Communications Officer at United States of Care, where he built a talented communications department and positioned the organization as a leading voice in shaping people-centered health care policy in the U.S.

  • Managing high-impact communications campaigns for progressive causes and organizations at BerlinRosen.

  • Playing a pivotal role in engaging Latino communities for National Security Leaders for Biden during the crucial 2020 election.

  • Leading media relations for the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials (NALEO) during the 2020 Census, overcoming challenges posed by a global pandemic and administrative obstacles aimed at suppressing Latino participation.

A proud first-generation college graduate from Whittier College, Kevin served on the Alumni Board of Directors for over a decade. His commitment to advancing ethical and equitable technology is reflected in his roles as a board advisor at AI 2030 and a Launch Advisory Board Member of Humma.AI.

Beyond his professional achievements, Kevin balances his career with a passion for his family, music, and sports. He resides in the Washington, D.C. area with his wife, Rachel, their two daughters, Lucía and Eliana, and their playful cats, Purrinda Meowdley and Purrl.
